Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Purchases and access

A webinar purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to attend the live session and to access any replay and materials we make available for it. You may not share, resell, record, or redistribute the content.

Changes and cancellations

Occasionally a session may be rescheduled or cancelled. If we cancel a session you cannot attend and for which no replay is provided, you are entitled to a refund as described in our refund policy.

For 1:1 consultations, you can reschedule or cancel yourself from your dashboard up to 24 hours before the session. Within that 24-hour window, contact us at support@prismasleep.com. Consultations take place over video inside the platform.
